This is a drop in replacmeent for the Cummins transmission/gear coolers 5270990 & 4003582CN.
Cummins transmission/gear coolers 5270990 & 4003582CN are the same part.
Sister parts that are tandem versions are 5270992 and 4078709.
We have now included a Viton O-ring with purchase which is an OEM equivalent material. This should help with the installation.
There is a zinc and plug so you can use one to cool your drive shaft
This part has our new hard coat OEM equivalent coating which will help your cooler last longer and it won't get bracket scratches to the copper during installation as with some aftermarket coolers.
The part is guaranteed for fit and function and there is a 2 year warranty per our terms and conditions.
